This means our education short courses are written by early years practitioners and educators, our care courses are written by care home managers and other health and social care professionals, and our business courses are written by business professionals with a working specialism in the subject.
The course content is then carefully edited, reviewed, and fact checked by our content team to ensure it meets our standards.

What Do I Do if My Access Code Isn't Working?
There are a few reasons why your code might not be working:
- Codes can only be used once - you may be entering a code that has already been used to purchase a course in the past
- Your code may only be valid for a specific topic area - your organisation may only have codes for 'Education', for example, so if you're trying to purchase a 'Business' course then your code will not work
- If you're a childcare.co.uk member, you may be using a code issued for the old short course site (short.laserlearning.co.uk) - if you think you have a code for the old site, please get in contact with childcare.co.uk.
If none of the above apply, you can email info@laserlearning.co.uk with:
- Your name
- The code you are trying to use
- The course you are trying to purchase
Alternatively, just give us a call on 01753 584 112 and we will check your code for you.
What Do I Do if I Can't Remember My Username and/or Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link next to 'Forgot your password?' just below the log in section. This will send you an email with a link in it which you can use to reset your password.
Your username will be your email address - if you have multiple emails then try each one and if none of them work, please email info@laserlearning.co.uk and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
Alternatively, please give us a call on 01753 584 112 and we will check your username for you.
